Getting Yourself Started

Organizations can contract with FedEducation™  for workforce education. Individuals can also purchase FedEducation™ Certificate Programs.

This measns that anyone can prepare for and get up to speed on new responsibilities quickly, gain new insights that will help improve efficiency and effectiveness, build personal credentials in order to better qualify for a new job to enhance a career. 

Here's how!

• Set your goal
• Review and select your FedEducation™ Certificate Program
• Discuss your interest with your boss and check to see if your organization is already offering FedEducation™ Certificate Programs
• Contact your Human Resources Department or Training Department to see if your Certificate Program is eligible for tuition reimbursement if you enroll as an individual and pay for the course yourself
• Layout your schedule so that you are sure to complete your selection (s)
• Complete the registration process
• Upon completion, contact your Human Resources Department or Training Department to include your FedEducation™ Certificate in your personnel file. Make sure your boss knows you have met your goals also!
